Malayalam film actor Saikumar’s divorce petition has been rejected by Kollam family court on 1st of August 2015. Saikumar filed case to divorce his ex-wife Prasanna Kumari, who is a theatre artist. The family court rejected the case because Saikumar failed to appear in the court for hearing.
Saikumar and Prasanna Kumari married in 1986 after they fall in love with each other. They acted together in some theatre dramas and fell in love. Couple has a daughter Vishnavi who is living with mother currently. Saikumar decided to end marriage in 2008 and started living with popular film actress Bindu Panickar.

Saikumar is blaming Prasanna Kumari for her greedy character and lack of respect to him. He is claiming that Prasanna Kumari is elder to him which he came to know only after marriage. While Prasanna Kumari stating that Saikumar’s relationship with Bindu Panicker is the main reason that leads to divorce.
