Nisha Sarang would continue to be a part of Uppum Mulakum serial – Flowers TV

Flowers TV issued a statement on Sunday evening saying that the issue was being considered seriously and Nisha Sarang would continue to be a part of the serial. According to the sources, Nisha decided she will work in Uppum Mulakum again only if the director is replaced. It is yet to see whether the issue will be settled and the serial runs as is.

The serial and film industries received shocking news, the state award-winning actress Nisha Sarang alleged harassment at the hands of R Unnikrishnan the director of Superhit Serial Uppum Mulakum. Nisha Sarang shot to fame playing the character Neelima in the very popular serial Uppum Mulakum. It is directed by Unnikrishnan. In this serial she is noticed most, her natural way of acting for the serial has earned her unanimous praise.

In an interview with Reporter channel the actress said she has now been thrown out of the serial ‘Uppum Mulakum’ as the directed R. Unnikrishnan misbehaved with her several times. But more important, the actress made some serious allegations against the directer. She had to attend an award function in the US, with the permission of the channel head and the director but when she was back, he had told everyone on the sets that she had gone without his permission.

This started long back before, the director R unnikrishnan has been sending her sexually suggestive messages and then misbehaving with her on the sets, that time she complained about the issue to the channel authorities. Sreekandan Nair warned the director but his behavior remained the same. She has Suffered all these and continued acting in the serial as she was really in need of money to take care of her family.

Nisha Sarang has been getting tremendous support from the film(Amma) and serial(ATMA) industry including WCC. Flowers TV issued a statement on Sunday evening saying that the issue was being considered seriously and Nisha would continue to be a part of the serial. Now she decided she will work in Uppum Mulakum again only if the director is replaced.
