Manjurukum Kalam is a new Malayalam television serial on Mazhavil Manorama. It is directed by Binu vellathoval and written by Joycy. Joycy is one of the popular writer in Kerala, who has done many serials in various channels. Currently he is working on one Asianet serial also titled as Sthreedhanam. He had done one serial in Mazhavil Manorama which title as ‘Amala’ which is ended recently.
The serial Manjurukum Kalam is based on a famous novel which is published in leading Malayalam weekly Magazine Malayala Manorama. The serial Manjurukum Kalam will be telecasted in every Monday to Friday at 7.30pm. Manjurukum Kalam serial telling the story of a child janakikutty. She is an adopted baby. Janikutty is the daughter of Govindankutty. Govindankutty lost her mother Aswathy on child birth. After Govindankutty handed over her daughter to distant relative Vijayaraghavan and his wife Rathnamma. Janikutty got love and happiness in their step parents. Rathnammma is a teacher then her step mother Rathnamma got blessed with her own baby. Life of Janikutty worsen after that. Rathnamma started disliking Janikutty.
Actress Lavanya does the role of Rathamma. Manoj act as Vijayaraghvan. Kishore does the role of Govindankutty. The first stage of Janikutty was done by child artist named Baby Kesiya, Kesiya is the daughter of Sanjay Thomas and Saldhana.
Baby Niranjana is playing the second stage, her native is Payyanur. Baby Niranjana is doing the role now. Niranjana is the daughter of Premi and Monisha.
