Binoy Kodiyeri, the son of CPI(M) State Secretary, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, who recently submitted his blood sample for DNA test as directed by the high court. The DNA test result will be out once the hight court gets the DNA test result in a sealed cover.
Mumbai based bar dancer, who is from Bihar, has filed a case against Binoy Kodiyeri accusing him of raping her for years on the fake promise of marriage. Mumbai Police has registered a case against Binoy on this.
Court has ordered Binoy to give blood samples for DNA test. The division bench had asked the accused to submit the DNA test result at the court in two weeks in a sealed envelope. Mumbai high court will be hearing the case again on August 26th.
Police has argued that DNA test is required to prove the case.
