Aparna started her Television career with the film Yathra Thudarunnu as a Daughter role. Later in 2015 the film Oru Second Class Yathra as character role of Amritha Unnikrishnan. Maheshinte Prathikaaram in this film Aparna played a character role as Jimsy Augustine which made her recognition in Malayalam Film Industry in 2016 and Oru Muthassi Gada as a role of Alice and Young Leelamma. In the year 2017 she acted in the films 8 Thottakkal as a role of Meera, Sunday Holiday as Anu, Thrissivaperoor Kliptham as Bhageerati, Sarvopari Palakkaran as Anupama Neelakandan.
